Temp to Perm Warehouse Associate Position

Become a Warehouse Associate with Cooper's Inc. in Delta, BC. Offering on-call shifts Monday to Friday, this Temp to Perm role requires excellent communication and the ability to handle physical tasks.

We seek a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team, focusing on inventory management and distribution efficiency.

Your role will involve operating heavy equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, and fulfilling order requirements. Previous warehouse experience is highly beneficial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels through warehouse management systems

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks compliant with OSHA standards

• Execute order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes

• Load and unload trucks with heavy items efficiently

• Support shipping & receiving by verifying shipment orders

Requirements:

• Preferred background in warehouse or distribution operations

• Experience with AS400 inventory management systems

• Knowledge of safety standards for heavy equipment

• Understanding of order fulfillment and inventory control processes

• Prepared for physical demands, including lifting and standing
