Combine your musical passion with logistics at the BC Distribution Centre as a Warehouse Associate. Contribute to shipping and receiving operations while enjoying a demanding physical work environment.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to the Shipping & Receiving Department at the BC Distribution Centre. Your daily tasks will include loading and unloading trucks, packing items for dispatch, and verifying incoming shipments. Utilizing forklifts and shipping documentation systems will be key components of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery containers
• Pack goods accurately for shipping purposes
• Operate forklifts and pallet trucks when necessary
• Verify conditions of incoming shipments thoroughly
• Maintain accurate shipping logs and paperwork
Requirements:
• Must be a musician proficient in at least one instrument
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong time management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills
