Position: Distribution & Logistics - Distribution Centre Fulfillment Manager (Night Shift)

THE ROLE

As the Fulfillment Manager, Distribution,you will lead the team to:

Uphold operational excellence within the four walls of our Distribution Centres

Facilitate the intake of shipments arriving to our Distribution Network

Facilitate the direct and indirect activities involved in fulfilling shipments, sent from our Distribution Network

Facilitate the movement of inventory within our Distribution Network

Upholdworkplace safetyandhealth and violence protectionmeasures

Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Fulfillment Manager, Distribution,has:

Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in Distribution Centre leadership, apparel or retail operations, anddistribution automation.

A commitment to learn and apply

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
