In this role, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilize your five-plus years of warehouse experience, including two in a supervisory capacity. Your leadership will guide day-to-day activities, labor planning, and performance management, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams to achieve operational and service goals
• Plan and manage labor resources effectively
• Conduct meetings to discuss operational priorities and safety
• Monitor order fulfillment processes for accuracy
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for staff
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse or logistics experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and shipping processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS
• Capable of effective decision-making under pressure
