Step into the role of Operations Supervisor at Metro Supply Chain, leading warehouse teams to achieve high performance. This position focuses on team development and operational efficiency on the evening shift.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be key in managing your shift's workforce and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. You will coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high productivity while building relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support warehouse team performance
• Schedule labor to meet operational demands
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate goals
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping
• Analyze KPIs to enhance service levels
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in warehouse or logistics
• 2 years in a supervisor role
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and WMS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and attendance
