Join our team as a Full-time Warehouse Associate at our warehouse located in Annacis Island (Delta, BC) . Urban Barn is a national retail chain with over 50 retail stores across the country offering high-quality furniture and home décor. We're all about making our customers and employees feel right warehouse is open Monday to Saturday from 7:30-5:30PM.
We are looking for candidates who are available to work 40 hours per week, ideally Monday-Friday . Shifts are 7:30 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5:30 PM.
What You Will Do:
Perform general warehouse functions (ground picking, packing, loading/unloading of containers and trailers, shipping, and receiving)
Work with large furniture pieces
Handle inbound/outbound loads, perform cycle counts, product storage, and replenishment to stock locations
Perform work in a safe manner, following all Health and Safety Regulations
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Maintain an organized and clean environment
What You Bring:
Positive attitude, high energy, self-motivated
Enjoy working in a fast paced and physically demanding team environment
T he ability to frequently lift product up to 50lbs
Safety-oriented team player
Previous warehousing experience is considered an asset
Previous heavy lifting experience is considered an asset
