Warehouse Associate

Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered with the highest quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
:

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Organize and maintain an orderly warehouse space to optimize workflow.
• Process returns, inspecting items for quality, and restocking inventory as needed.
• Pack custom orders according to specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Execute and document inventory movements.
• Receive inbound deliveries, unload containers, and organize inventory.
• Support other warehouse teams as needed.
• Perform general labor and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have personal, reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements
:
This position involves lifting, carrying, and moving boxes regularly. Candidates must be in good medical condition and able to perform the physical tasks associated with the job. Warehouse team members must be strong and fit, moving heavy loads and staying on their feet for much of the day.
