Parts Inventory Shipping Administrator

Coordinate parts inventory and warehouse shipping while using JD Edwards/E1, handheld scanners, and courier systems. This hybrid position requires warehouse experience.

This administrator supports parts and service operations while completing hands-on warehouse duties. Responsibilities include ordering, receiving, inventory records, service repair tracking, and shipping parts and radios. The work suits an organized, detail-oriented candidate comfortable balancing computer-based administration with physical tasks.

• Review backorders and generate parts orders to Icom Inc.
• Maintain inventory records, pricing, descriptions, and part numbers
• Track service radios, repairs, parts status, and return paperwork
• Pick, verify, pack, and ship parts and radio orders
• Receive shipments and store products in correct bin locations

• One to two years in parts, inventory, or warehouse administration
• Hands-on shipping, receiving, or order picking experience required
• Strong computer skills and inventory or ERP system experience
• Handheld scanner and courier shipping system experience
• Ability to lift up to 32 kilograms occasionally
