Purpose: The RN Float (PRN) Pool Program is designed to provide flexible staffing solutions across all divisions of Hope West. This program aims to ensure adequate coverage while accommodating the availability and preferences of PRN staff. PRN coverage will be utilized for coverage related to: PTO, FAMLI/FLMA, HFWA Leave, Vacancies that are being actively recruited to fill.
Availability Requirements: All RN Float pool PRN's must be available for at least 24 hours of work per month. They may identify the days and shifts they are available. A general availability should be provided, with a more detailed availability submitted the month prior to scheduling. PRN's are expected to work up to the 24 hours per month, unless no shifts are available for the approved divisions they are trained or cleared for.
Multi-Division Coverage Options: Hospice, Palliative and PACE service lines in the Grand Valley, Delta & Montrose areas.
Requirements
- Must have unrestricted RN license in the State of Colorado
- Must have valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance coverage
- Compliance with training requirements is essential for participation in the RN Float (PRN) Pool Program.
- Minimum of 1yr experience, preferred in acute care setting
- Pay: $35 - $36.50 base wage, plus 10% for PRN status - (differentials: $5/hr weekends & $6/hr nights)
- Premium pay for BSN/CHPN/WCC
- Mileage reimbursement of 65cents/mile for work related driving
- Cell phone and laptop provided for documentation
