CNA's for Hospice are responsible for providing personal care and homemaker services to our patients. Our CNA's meet the needs of our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. They are part of the interdisciplinary team that all work together to create a one-of a kind experience for our patients and their families.

• Current Colorado CNA License
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and reliable transportation, if providing care in the community setting
• A genuine spirit of caring and compassion
• Effective communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

• Competitive pay starting at $20.00-$22.13 per hour for CNA’s with more than 6 months experience; $18.50 per hour for those with less than 6 months experience with an opportunity to move up to $20.00 at 6 months if proficient.
• Variable rate of 10% added to base wage
• Mileage reimbursement for work related driving
