LPN/SDC – IP Skilled Nursing Community Willow Tree Care Center in Delta, Colorado is looking to hire outstanding LPN SDC – IP who enjoy providing compassionate senior care.

• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm – On Call Responsibilities
• $85,000.00 to 89,000.00 Annual
• Health Insurance

Our LPN provide support to the Director of Nursing and staff development. Also, many of their responsibilities and tasks, including completing resident assessments and administering medications. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is looking to get into a leadership role or take their career to the next level. A great blend of clinical work along with staff leadership as they direct and manage caregivers, med techs, and other employees in meeting resident needs and providing excellent care.

• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• Must have a valid, unrestricted LPN license in the state
