As a PRN RN with SHP, you’ll provide hands‑on care while using your clinical expertise to make a difference for an underserved patient population.

• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered nursing care
• Monitor patient conditions, symptoms, and progress
• Complete accurate assessments and nursing documentation
• Administer medications according to provider orders and nursing standards
• Carry out treatment plans and provide follow‑up care
• Respond confidently to medical emergencies and changing patient needs
• Use strong clinical judgment and critical‑thinking skills
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide safe, quality care
