At Kaizen Collision Center, the work is piling up. We just need experienced Body Technicians to get it done.
We're hiring skilled
Auto Body Technicians across our Colorado locations who know how to turn hours, produce quality repairs, and make money.
We have the cars. We have the work. We need the talent.
$25–$30 PER FLAG HOURPay based on experience, skill, certifications, and production ability.
WHAT WE NEED- Experienced collision repair technicians
- Strong structural and non-structural repair skills
- Metal work, panel replacement, and frame repair experience
- Ability to follow OEM repair procedures
- Technicians who can turn hours without sacrificing quality
- Reliable, motivated people who want to PRODUCE
- I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Work waiting to be repaired
