Office Day Job (Never Work Weekends) – Phone Trainer at Customer Management Systems (Sanford, Florida)
We're looking for an energetic, positive individual to train staff at automotive dealerships over the phone. No weekends, no selling, paid training and a laid‑back comfortable atmosphere.
Job responsibilities- Train staff at automotive dealerships over the phone.
- Instruct trainees on how to improve their phone skills.
- Take detailed notes on each training session.
- Outgoing personality.
- Active listening skills.
- Great voice inflection.
- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work full time: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday.
$15.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience, with two raises a year based on attendance and performance.
