• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support center success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state educational requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, passionate individuals aged at least 18.
