West Volusia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Director to lead our facility’s maintenance operations. This role is vital to ensuring a safe, functional, and well‑maintained environment for our residents and staff.

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to maintain a safe and compliant facility.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff; assign tasks and ensure productivity.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and the building structure.
• Maintain accurate records for repairs, inspections, and warranties.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal maintenance regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
• Coordinate facility upgrades, repairs, and improvement projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Thorough knowledge of equipment, building systems, and safety standards.
