Additional Compensation: Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Entertainment associates greet customers on the salesfloor and offer assistance. They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor and ensure entertainment displays are maintained throughout the day.
