• Expertise in the telecommunications ecosystem, including global carriers and cloud providers
• Knowledge of product development life cycles for service providers
• Proven ability in consultative sales, strategic planning, and relationship management
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in financial modeling for business case development

• MBA or equivalent leadership experience
• Certifications in optical transport, Carrier Ethernet, IP, Software Defined Networking, or Network Function Virtualization
• Project management certifications
• Familiarity with managed services strategies and organizational transformations
• Emotional intelligence and active listening skills for effective stakeholder engagement
