Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $19.00 per hour (location and experience dependent) with eligibility for a monthly bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross‑train in all store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Effective communication skills with customers and associates (in person, email, phone).
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lb, and stand/move continuously for a shift.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Willingness to become certified to operate a forklift under IIPP.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policy required.
