COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapy / Director (PT)

• $90,000 - $100,000+ Salary (based on role: PT or Therapy Director, and experience level)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapy / Director (PT)

• PT Setting:
  Inpatient and Outpatient, averaging 7 patients per day
• Director Role:
  Oversee the Therapy Department, including scheduling, communication, and ensuring high-quality care across PT, OT, and ST teams
• Flexible clinical hours with direct patient care, typically seeing 5-7 patients per day

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapy / Director (PT)

• PT Position:
  Welcoming new graduates and experienced therapists (Mentorship Available)
• Director Position:
  Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting required
• Must hold a valid Alabama (AL) License
• Commitment to 1:1 patient care focus
