• To maintain an accurate inventory and distribution of finished goods as well as shipping procedures as they pertain to department duties.

• Maintain inventory accuracy for all products stored within Demopolis and outside storage facilities.
• Perform "load and hold" SAP (reconcile daily production reports, assist in reconciling all receipts from outside storage, reconcile weekly inventory counts, weekly production reports and QC Hold Inventory.)
• Use yard truck to spot and move trailers.
• Maintain all filing systems.
• Participate in Recall Team.
• Work with outside auditors.
• Ensure returned product is scanned back into plant correctly as it pertains to SAP.

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Must have the ability to assume responsibility with little or no supervision.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have two (2) years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, shipping and receiving procedures.
• Must have the ability to work in cold environment including subzero temperatures when necessary.
• Must have a CDL license.
• Must be able to submit a background check.
