Een zorgorganisatie in Den Haag zoekt een Senior Medewerker Flexbureau voor 24-28 uur per week. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning en het aansturen van flexmedewerkers. Het is een dynamische functie waarbij je knelpunten signaleert en processen verbetert. Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een VVT-setting, beschikt over MBO-niveau en bent communicatief sterk. Het salaris is conform de CAO en er zijn aantrekkelijke secundaire voorwaarden.
