Auto Staff in Den Haag zoekt een ervaren Service Adviseur / Werkplaatsreceptionist in de automotive. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant en werkplaats, zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud en reparaties soepel verlopen en dat klanten goed geïnformeerd blijven en met een veilig auto-gevoel de weg op gaan.
Je bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden, plant werkplaatsafspraken, stelt en verwerkt werkorders en onderhoudt contact met klanten, monteurs en collega’s.
