Een vastgoedbedrijf in Den Haag is op zoek naar een Projectleider Bouwkunde. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van verschillende gebouwen en pas je je bouwkundige expertise toe. Je voert inspecties uit, stelt budgetten vast en stuurt beheerders en aannemers aan. Wij zoeken een kandidaat met een HBO-opleiding in Bouwkunde en relevante ervaring, die ook bedreven is in duurzaamheidsinitiatieven.
Deze functie biedt de mogelijkheid om direct in dienst te treden bij de opdrachtgever.
