Als ZZP Uitvoerder Sloop & Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van sloop- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je zorgt voor een veilige uitvoering en een efficiënte inzet van personeel en materieel.
Eisen
MBO werk- en denkniveau.
Ervaring als uitvoerder binnen sloop of onderhoud.
VCA VOL-certificaat.
Kennis van veiligheids- en milieuregels.
Rijbewijs
B.
Wensen
DAV- of DTA-kennis (asbest) is een pré.
Ervaring met renovatieprojecten.
Goede planningsvaardigheden.
Flexibele werkhouding.
