Gemeente Schiedam zoekt een ervaren projectleider voor regie over een grootschalig huisvestings- en verduurzamingsproject van Stadserf 1. Je leidt voorbereidingen, aanbestedingen en uitvoering en vervangingsonderhoud over drie bouwdelen, met communicatie richting gebruikers en management.
De rol vereist HBO-niveau en minimaal vijf jaar aantoonbare projectleidingservaring binnen vastgoed- of huisvestingsprojecten, inclusief aanbestedingen en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit.
