Een detacheringsbedrijf in de bouw zoekt een Ontwikkelaar Bestaande Bouw voor de gemeente Rotterdam. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten binnen bestaande bouwomgevingen. Je hebt een HBO-opleiding Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig en minimal 4 jaar ervaring. Het salaris ligt tussen €5.000 en €8.300, met uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden waaronder 25 vakantiedagen, reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregeling.
