Corpo Mission zoekt in Den Haag een Projectleider planmatig onderhoud voor 36 uur per week tot en met 31 december 2026. Je realiseert onderhoudsprojecten binnen afgesproken kwaliteitsniveaus, budgetten en termijnen, en werkt nauw samen met bewoners en interne teams.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor voorbereiding, aanbesteding, subsidie/vergunningen waar nodig, en bewaakt bouwkundige en Arbo-voorschriften. Daarnaast rapporteer je voortgang en zorg je voor tijdige opleveringen en correcte
