Rijksvastgoedbedrijf zoekt een projectleider onderhoud en renovatie die verantwoordelijk is voor alle fasen van renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten bij rijks- en defensieobjecten in Nederland. Je werkt in het klantteam van de Belastingdienst en Douane en leidt diverse vastgoedprojecten van behoeftestelling tot overdracht.
Je coördineert multidisciplinaire werkzaamheden, bewaakt voortgang, planning en kosten en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie met interne en externe deskundigen.
