RET is op zoek naar een opdrachtnemer die als directievoerder en toezichthouder opereert voor de nieuwbouw en verbouwing van Remise Waalhaven. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid, risico’s, kosten en contractafspraken binnen het project en coördineert samenwerking tussen aannemers, projectteam en gebruikers.
De opdracht duurt maximaal 24 maanden en richt zich op directe voortgang en afstemming met de verantwoordelijke leidinggevende binnen het Ingenieursbureau.
