KBK bouwgroep zoekt een veelzijdige Projectbegeleider Mutatieonderhoud die mutatieonderhoud in onbewoonde staat beheert. Je bezoekt locaties, neemt werkzaamheden op, maakt begrotingen en stelt werkplannen op.
Je bewaakt voortgang, signaleert knelpunten en adviseert bijsturing. Je werkt 70% op locatie en 30% op kantoor en onderhoudt contacten met woningcorporaties, ketenpartners en leveranciers in Amsterdam-regio.
