Dyflexis in Den Haag zoekt een Customer Care Medewerker om klanten te ondersteunen bij het gebruik van onze SaaS-oplossing. Je biedt duidelijke en vriendelijke communicatie bij het oplossen van problemen.
Met minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in technische support, ben jij analytisch sterk en empathisch. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en ontwikkelt jezelf verder. Dit aanbod omvat een salaris tussen €2500 en €3500 per maand en 25 vakantiedagen.
