Politie Nederland zoekt een medewerker intake & service in Den Haag. Jij bent het eerste contact voor burgers en verantwoordelijk voor het opnemen van aangiftes en baliewerkzaamheden. Dit houdt in dat je zowel telefonisch als aan de balie vragen beantwoordt en informatie zorgvuldig registreert.
De functie vraagt om flexibiliteit in werktijden, met dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten. Voor deze rol is een mbo 3 werk- en denkniveau vereist, evenals de bereidheid een boa-certificaat te behalen. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn cruciaal, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
