Rijksoverheid in Den Haag zoekt een klantcontact medewerker voor 24–32 uur per week. Je beantwoordt vragen van Nederlanders in het buitenland over consulaire zaken en visa. Je werkt met een 1e lijns team en kan bij crisissituaties schakelen tussen inbound en outbound contact.
De functie vereist HBO-niveau en drie talen:
Nederlands (C1), Engels en Spaans of Frans (B2). Reiskosten OV worden volledig vergoed en er is uitzicht op een carrière bij het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken.
