NN Group zoekt een ervaren UX Design Manager die samen met multidisciplinaire teams de gebruikerservaring van miljoenen klanten naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je coacht ontwerpers, stuurt design deliverables aan en ontwikkelt de vakvolwassenheid van UX binnen het Retail-domein.
Je vertaalt klantreizen naar coherente concepten over touchpoints, bewaakt kwaliteit en organiseert design op een schaalbaar vlak. Je werkt nauw samen met UX designers, engineers, product owners en rapporteert aan de Head of
