  • Indicative Salary Range: 3622€ to 5520€ per month

As a Teacher of Ethics, you will:
  • Deliver engaging

    Ethicslessons to students aged 11-18, following the European Baccalaureate curriculum.
  • Foster students’ critical thinking, ethical awareness, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment where every student’s perspective is valued.
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to support a thriving Ethics programme.
  • For the right candidate, the positioncanincludeteaching

    Ethics in more than one language section. We teach classes in English, French, Dutch and German.
What We’re Looking For
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably ina Humanities or similarsubject, and full teaching qualification for Secondary Education (recognized by the Dutch Education Authorities).
  • Experience teaching

    Ethics, Civics, PHSE, maatschappijleer, levensbeschouwing or a similar subject area, to students aged 11-18, ideally in international or intercultural settings.
  • Proficiency in English at C2 level (CEFR).
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch or German at C2 level is desirable, but not essential.
  • A creative, inclusive approach to teaching and a willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities.

  • We offer a salary aligned with the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement (CAO VO ). The salary is a minimum of 3622€ and a maximum of 5520€ for a full-time contract on the LB scale, the step offered will depend on your level of experience.
