YES College Den Haag zoekt per schooljaar een Coördinator Passend Onderwijs (0,8fte) die verantwoordelijk is voor de structurele ondersteuning binnen de school. Je biedt begeleiding, zorgt voor structuur in complexe situaties en coacht het team.
Je werkt nauw samen met leerlingen, ouders en collega's, en stemt aanpakken af op behoeften. Ervaring in leerlingondersteuning en een afgeronde HBO-opleiding zijn vereist. De functie biedt goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en ruimte voor ontwikkeling.
