Summary:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with EV customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary contact for all service-related matters, taking responsibility for conducting regular meetings with customers to discuss service topics. Identify and leverage market opportunities in the after-sales sector to maximize customer value and drive product and service sales.

Job Description:

Customer Care and Support:
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
Customer Reporting and Meetings:
Analyze service data and prepare performance reports. Maintain regular communication with customers to discuss service performance, assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and provide proactive solutions.
Contract Management:
Conducting contract negotiations and subsequently monitoring and managing customer contracts to ensure that all agreed terms are adhered to, and adjustments are made where necessary.
