As our Electronics Test & Validation Engineer you will be the gatekeeper of quality for both our upcoming innovations and our existing product line, reporting to the Team Lead Electronics.
Your mission is to ensure that new designs meet rigorous performance standards through comprehensive verification and to perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production-level hardware issues.
Responsibilities- Set up, maintain, and continuously improve laboratory test environments for electronic systems and components for radar systems
- Develop custom test setups, fixtures, and measurement methods for early-stage prototypes
- Investigate and resolve quality issues from the production line through structured root cause analysis
- Work closely with design engineers to validate design changes and optimize product performance
- Support manufacturing teams by improving test procedures, yield, and fault detection methods
- Analyze test data and translate findings into actionable design or process improvements
- Ensure traceability and proper documentation of lab tests, failures, and validation results
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience thriving in fast‑paced lab environments, with a specific focus on the nuances of radar electronics
- Solid understanding of analog, RF, and digital electronics
- High proficiency with lab instrumentation
- Natural aptitude for debugging hardware issues at both component and system levels to ensure peak performance
- Capability in test automation or scripting (e.g., Python, C++) to streamline validation processes and enhance efficiency
- Knowledge of DFM/DFT/DFA principles
