We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to support the preparation, planning, and optimisation of maintenance activities for rotating equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning maintenance work, managing work orders, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring all technical documentation and Bills of Materials are accurate and up to date. You will work closely with maintenance, engineering, work preparation, and operations teams to ensure maintenance activities are planned safely, efficiently, and in line with operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, and similar equipment
Manage maintenance work orders in SAP, including material requirements, time estimation, scheduling, and prioritisation
Create, review, maintain, and optimise Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Review technical documentation and process relevant updates
Coordinate with maintenance engineers, work preparers, and operations teams to align planning activities
Support improvement initiatives related to reliability, maintenance strategy, and operational efficiency
Ensure maintenance plans are complete, accurate, and executable before work begins
Contribute to safe and efficient maintenance execution through structured planning and preparation
Your Profile
Experience as a Maintenance Planner, Rotating Planner, Mechanical Planner, Werkvoorbereider, or similar role
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, or blowers
Experience working with SAP, preferably SAP PM
Experience creating, reviewing, or maintaining Bills of Materials is highly preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and maintenance information
Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders
Experience in operational, technical, production, or maintenance-driven environments
Fluent in Dutch is preferred
