We are seeking a Senior Electronics Lab Engineer to join an innovative engineering organization developing advanced electronic technologies and products. This is a hands‑on role supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams by ensuring laboratory operations, test infrastructure, and electronic hardware are maintained to the highest standards.
You will play a key role in enabling product development and validation activities by managing laboratory equipment, supporting device testing, assembling and reworking electronic hardware, and helping maintain efficient and organized engineering environments.

Responsibilities   Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and work spaces in a safe and operational condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with bench test equipment and test setups.
Manage inventory of laboratory equipment, consumables, and electronic components.
Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and servicing of laboratory instruments.
Drive continuous improvements to laboratory infrastructure, ESD protection, tools, and working practices.
Maintain an organized and efficient laboratory environment.
Coordinate shipments between sites and external vendors.
Support engineers with test setup preparation and execution of device testing activities.
Load, test, and evaluate electronic devices according to established procedures.
Record, process, and organize test data and support technical report preparation.
Provide PCB fabrication and assembly support as required.
Assemble cables and perform soldering, rework, repair, and modification of electronic assemblies.
Support debugging and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and test boards.
Requirements   Minimum 3 years of experience in an electronics laboratory, engineering technician, or similar hands‑on engineering support role.
Experience testing electronic devices using automated test equipment (ATE) and bench‑top test systems.
Hands‑on PCB assembly experience, including surface‑mount and fine‑pitch components.

Experience with hand soldering, reflow soldering, and electronic rework techniques.
Understanding of electronic circuit debugging and troubleshooting.
Experience maintaining laboratory equipment and test infrastructure.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively with engineers across multiple disciplines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience with MATLAB or Python.
Familiarity with ESD‑safe laboratory procedures.
Experience working with precision measurement equipment and electronic instrumentation.
