Do you have Oil & Gas Engineering Project experience or Maritime Engineering experience and could you lead in coordinating complex procurement packages while keeping suppliers, schedules, and stakeholders aligned? Can you ensure critical offshore project packages are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications? Can you support the Project Procurement Manager with operational tasks.

We are looking for a Senior Project Procurement Engineer to coordinate procurement and supply chain activities for complex project  mechanical packages , ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, development, and implementation of procurement strategies for assigned mechanical equipment and package procurement scopes within Oil & Gas and Maritime Engineering projects.

Coordinate end-to-end tendering activities, including preparation of RFQs, bid clarifications, commercial evaluations, and supplier selection in accordance with project requirements.

Lead commercial and contractual negotiations in collaboration with procurement specialists, buyers, and category managers to secure optimal commercial outcomes.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring consistent performance throughout the procurement and purchase order lifecycle.

Interface closely with engineering, package management, expediting, logistics, quality, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of mechanical packages and equipment deliveries.

Monitor procurement schedules and package milestones, proactively identifying supply chain risks and implementing mitigation measures to safeguard project objectives.

Oversee purchase order execution, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project schedules, quality requirements, technical specifications, and budget targets.

Manage and resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, technical deviations, commercial disputes, and performance concerns.

Provide regular procurement status updates, package progress reports, and risk assessments to the Project Procurement Manager and key project stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and supply chain best practices across Oil & Gas and Maritime Engineering projects.
