Key Responsibilities

Convert engineering requirements into functional specifications for application development.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify issues and create effective solutions.

Submit Service Requests (SRs) and Enhancement Requests (ERs) to software vendors when necessary.

Design and implement application processes and enhanced features.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing for new functionalities and platform updates.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and knowledge partners.

Manage the integration of applications on the platform and those connected to the 3DX system, including the 3DX portal.

Coordinate with the Engineering Support Manager to organize and develop training programs that educate users on the (new/improved) functionalities of the 3DX platform in our workflows.

Provide functional assistance to PLM/CAD users.

Create and prepare training materials, guides, and user manuals for 3DX.
