Senior Post-Silicon Validation Engineer

Location: The Hague

Our leading start-up client is currently searching for a Senior Post Silicon Validation Engineer to lead product validation and production release of MEMS-based timing devices. Driving system-level performance improvements through cross-functional collaboration, test automation, characterisation, and failure analysis will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute validation, characterization, and production release plans.

Lead cross-site engineering projects and coordinate with design teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners.

Evaluate silicon performance and recommend design improvements.

Develop automated test systems, PCB platforms, and firmware for data collection and analysis.

Perform root-cause analysis on product issues and drive corrective actions.

Improve validation processes, methodologies, and engineering best practices.

Mentor junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

MS/PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

5+ years’ experience in semiconductor/sensor device productisation.

Experience leading validation projects and creating verification plans.

Knowledge of mixed-signal circuits and electronics lab equipment.

Strong programming skills in MATLAB, Python, C, and/or C++ (OOP experience preferred).

Experience with test automation, ATE integration, and statistical data analysis.
