Leadcommercialevaluationsandnegotiationsforhigh-valuesubcontractpackages

Overseesubcontractadministration,including performance,cost,schedule,&quality

Leadmanagementofvariations,claims,&dispute resolution

Actasthefocalpointforsubcontractingmattersacross Proj Mgmt ,Engineering,Legal,&other stakeholders

Supportcostcontrol,budgeting,forecasting,&reporting

Driveimplementationofprocurementtools&reporting systems

Ensureproperandtimelysubcontractclose-out

What we would like from you

Qualifications:

Degraa in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, Supply Chain, or similar

10 + years of subcontracting experience within EPC projects

Eligibility to  work and reside in the EU and the Netherlands  is desirable.

Abilities:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, strong English writing skills for documentation and reports, proficient in English speaking for effective communication with teams and stakeholders.

Strong commercial & contractual expertise (FIDIC/EPC preferred)

Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage high-value contracts

Strong risk management, analytical & stakeholder skills

Strategic thinker & able to operate across multiple priorities

Proven team leadership experience
