Job Overview  A skilled and proactive Electrical Site Supervisor is needed to oversee electrical works on a major PMC project governed under the FIDIC Yellow Book. The role requires technical knowledge, proven site supervision experience, and deep understanding of electrical systems within a design‑and‑build contract framework.

Key Responsibilities   Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems aligned with design specifications and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with the FIDIC Yellow Book contract conditions, applicable codes, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and construction management to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
Monitor and verify progress, quality, and safety compliance of electrical subcontractors.
Participate in inspections, FAT/SAT activities, and handover processes.
Maintain accurate daily site reports, weather conditions, progress tracking, and QA/QC documentation.
Support resolution of technical issues and interface management with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.).
Enforce HSE standards and ensure site teams follow all safety procedures.
Perform routine and non‑routine complex assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.
Make decisions with a general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
Qualifications   A technical qualification in electrical engineering or related field (MBO‑4, HBO, or equivalent experience) is required.
3‑5 years of experience supervising electrical works on medium to large‑scale construction projects.
Experience delivering construction projects in the Netherlands is essential.
Previous experience under FIDIC Yellow Book contracts (EPC/Design & Build) is preferable.
Solid knowledge of LV, MV, and control systems; familiarity with SCADA, BMS, and automation systems is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Good command of site documentation, inspection processes, and commissioning protocols.
Strong communication and leadership skills; capable of managing subcontractors and working within multidisciplinary teams.
Fluency in English; minimum Dutch B2 level required.
