We are building a new data center in the Netherlands and are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the full design and build phase. Reporting directly to the management team, you will be the key technical lead from concept to delivery — and beyond go-live.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end design and build of a new data center
Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
Manage construction, commissioning, budget, and timeline
Ensure compliance with Dutch regulations, permits, and safety standards
Lead further data hall build-out after go-live
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in large engineering or construction projects
Data center or mission-critical facility experience preferred
Strong knowledge of MEP and ICT systems
Proven delivery experience in the Netherlands or EU
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
