As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will lead a team of Electrical Engineers while remaining actively involved in the design and development of complex electrical systems. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality engineering solutions, improving technical standards, and ensuring successful project execution from concept through commissioning.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and mentoring the Electrical Engineering team.
Designing and reviewing electrical schematics and control cabinets.
Developing electrical solutions for advanced industrial equipment.
Ensuring compliance with applicable electrical standards and regulations.
Improving engineering processes, documentation, and design standards.
Collaborating closely with Mechanical, Software, Production, and Project Management teams.
Providing technical support to customers and field service engineers when required.
Taking ownership of projects throughout the complete engineering lifecycle.
What do you need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Several years of experience in electrical engineering within machine building or industrial automation.
Previous experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of electrical design software such as EPLAN.
Experience with PLC‑controlled systems and industrial automation.
Familiarity with root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
