Rijksvastgoedbedrijf zoekt een Technisch Adviseur werktuigbouwkunde voor onze Beheer & Onderhoud tak regio Oost. U bent het technisch geweten van onze vastgoedportefeuille en bewaakt de kwaliteit met focus op normen en contractafspraken.
U analyseert storingen en trends, houdt rekening met wettelijke verplichtingen en KPI’s en geeft advies aan objectmanagers. Aannemers stuurt u aan en controleert u op tijdige uitvoering, met als doel MOIP en vastgoedonderhoud te optimaliseren.
