Project Engineer ​/ Senior Project Engineer

Location: The Hague

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to support complex Oil & Gas projects from our Rotterdam office. This is a Project Management role, focused on coordinating and delivering projects successfully, not an engineering design position. We welcome professionals with either a maritime project background (e.g. Damen or similar) or a strong Instrumentation, Electrical or ICSS background.

Key Responsibilities   Coordinate and manage project execution throughout the full project lifecycle.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables together with the Project Manager.
Act as the central point of contact between engineering, procurement, construction and external stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with quality standards.
Support client communication, change management and project reporting.
Requirements   Proven experience as a  Project Engineer within Project Management  (not an Engineering Design role).
Experience in the  Oil & Gas industry  is essential.
We are interested in candidates with  one of the following backgrounds:
Project Engineer with experience within a shipbuilding, maritime, offshore contractoror or similar maritime/offshore company
Project Engineer with expertise in  Instrumentation, Electrical or ICSS  projects.
Strong project coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Willingness to travel internationally and work offshore when required.
